Apriele Minott is Counsel for Arc Ventures and brings a rich background in corporate law and venture financing to the team. Prior to joining Arc, Apriele honed her expertise as an associate at a prominent corporate law firm, where she specialized in representing early-stage companies. Throughout her career, Apriele has been instrumental in guiding companies through every stage of the lifecycle, from formation and initial financings to successful exits.
Apriele holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she graduated in 2021, and a B.S. from Cornell University, earned in 2018.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Apriele is passionate about mentoring pre-law and law students, imparting valuable insights gleaned from her own journey. She is also an avid reader, indulging in a diverse range of genres from fantasy to thrillers, which fuels her creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
