The new round is led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (Koch), with Regal Four and all existing investors including Battery Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, ICV, ITI, WRVI Capital, Claltech, bringing the total capital raised to-date to $188 million USD. Vayyar will use the funds to further enhance its core technology, evolve its global footprint, and expand its offerings in key industries.
